Ha!
I am the queen of procrastination, especially when it comes to little things that I don’t care to do. I saw this today and laughed. Is anyone else out there a procrastinator? Welcome to the club!

Moving on to more exciting things.
I continue tonight with more fun treats we had on this weeks camping trip. I found a recipe for Cake Batter Crispy Treats here. These are quick to make and taste delicious. I was surprised by how many compliments I received because they are SO EASY! Plus, who doesn’t LOVE sprinkles?
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 10-ounce bag of mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup yellow cake mix
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1 1.75-ounce container of sprinkles
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat and add marshmallows.
(I’m Melting!!)

Stir until they begin to melt, adding in cake mix one spoonful at a time so its combined.
Stir in cereal so it is completely coated with marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle in half of the sprinkles and mix.
I LOVE me some sprinkles!

Press into a baking dish (any size will do) and top with remaining sprinkles. Let sit for about 30 minutes before cutting.
It’s helpful if you spray your knife with a nonstick spray before cutting.
Enjoy! (remember, these will not last long!)
Seriously – they might last 3-4 minutes.
