Tonight, Tim and I enjoyed a great meal. Honey Butter Pork Tenderloin and a Lemon Orzo Salad with Asparagus and Tomatoes on the side. Tonight I am going to share this delicious pork recipe. I was inspired to make this meal after I saw it on Pinterest.
I love the honey flavor paired with zesty cajun seasoning. It compliments the other really well.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 tbs butter
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup water
