Dark Chocolatey Goodness

Dark Chocolate Brownies

We hosted a baby shower for my co-worker, Niki and her husband Ryan last week.  I wanted something rich and chocolately for the shower.  I stumbled upon this recipe from Pioneer Woman’s website.

Baby Shower Spread

These brownies are so chocolatey and rich.  Perfect to serve in small pieces. These worked great for the shower.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, then check the brownies with a toothpick. If it is overly gooey/messy, return to the oven for 5 to 10 more minutes. (Don’t burn the edges)

It’s important you let the brownies cool completely.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into small squares.
