Back to Hawaii! Here’s the rest of our trip! What a fabulous reminder of a great vacation.
Day 3: Pool Day at Hilton Waikoloa Village
There was another Hilton resort about a mile away from where we are staying and we were able to use their amenities. They had lots to do including; snorkeling, kayaking, and standup paddle boarding.
They even had Dolphin’s to swim with!
And sea turtles! Aren’t they cute?!
The resort was right off the ocean and offered a lot of beautiful views.
We had so much fun hanging by the pool and catching sun.
That evening, the kids were in charge of dinner. Tim and I grilled hamburgers with veggies and potato salad. Ice cream sundays for dessert.
We had a beautiful sunset. Absolutely stunning.
Day 4: Rain Day – Took a Nice Drive
We stopped by Pololu Valley Lookout. It was super rainy so we weren’t able to take the short hike to the beach.
We drove to Akaka Falls State Park and took the short hike to the falls. It was absolutely stunning – lush and green.
Day 5 & 6: Pool days.
We spent the rest of our trip relaxing by the pools. It was AMAZING!
Our last night in Hawaii, Tim and I had a fun date night out on the town. It was a great way to end our trip.
That’s it for this trip. We had an amazing time. Hopefully we can go back for the parent’s 45th anniversary! We’ve decided we’ll make it a tradition.
