Roasted Broccoli

You guys.

I’ve got a new obsession. I don’t know why it took me so long to conform.

Maybe it’s the fact that these little green guys get a bad rap.

“EAT YOUR BROCCOLI” comes screaming back to me from childhood… (j/k)

Either way, Roasted Broccoli is my new favorite dinner side. It’s ridiculously easy, adds some hearty richness to your meal and tastes DELICIOUS!

If you’re looking for a new, easy dinner side and are also late to the party like me, I hope you enjoy this roasted broccoli recipe

Roasted Broccoli

  • Head of green broccoli

  • Sprinkle of salt & pepper

  • Sprinkle of garlic salt

  • Pam cooking spray

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Line baking sheet with tin foil. Separate broccoli heads from stem and cut into smaller pieces and transfer to baking sheet. Lightly spray with pam olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cook broccoli for 10-15 minutes, until edges are lightly caramelized. Enjoy!
